Trinity Health has elected to transition to a new vendor credentialing management solution, Green Security. In the next several months, transition to the new solution will occur in a phased approach for each Trinity Health region. Please keep attention on any Trinity Health vendor credentialing management and Green Security communication updates. Continue to use IntelliCentrics SEC3URE at your Trinity Health location(s) until you are alerted to change to Green Security. If you need any immediate support for IntelliCentrics, go to the Help & Resources section in your account or reach out to IntelliCentrics at 817-732-3873 ext. 2.

How to Register your Individual Account with Green Security:
- Visit https://grn.ac/trinity-vendors. If you already have a Green Security account, log in and add individual Trinity Health sites in your account.
- Download the Green Security App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app will allow you to manage your profile, make appointments, and manage credentials.
- Complete all required credential information. Once you have completed your account registration and all required credentials to "Approved" status, you may visit the Trinity Health location.
- Sign in and out of your Green Security account when visiting Trinity Health facility. If kiosk is not working or there is an issue with your account during check-in, please reach out to your Trinity Health contact or alert on-site Supply Chain Management and/or Security for assistance.

Examples include (but are not limited to) temporary service workers, service delivery personnel, contractors, subcontractors, janitorial staff, equipment installers. | $125.00 |
| Level 2B - Healthcare Sales/Support (yellow badge) |
Includes non-clinical vendor sales and support representatives. Access to non-surgical areas. May have access to non-invasive areas. Provides products and services. Prescribes information. Gives operating instructions. Does not attend procedure with patients but may consult with patients. Examples of vendors of this level include (but are not limited to) Pharmaceutical Reps, Hospital Consultants, Laboratory Vendors, Vendors who focus on Case Management, Nursing Services, Home Health Care Reps, Durable Medical Equipment Reps, etc. | $275.00 |
| Level 3 (blue badge) |
Includes patient care area and clinical vendor sales representatives. Services in clinical support roles. Operates equipment. Provides technical support. Demonstrates proper product assembly/use/care. Attends procedures with patients. Required to be in surgical areas. Required to be in invasive areas. Handles patient sensitive materials. Examples for vendors of this level include (but are not limited to) Medical Device Sales Reps, Biomaterials Sales Reps, Capital Equipment Sales Reps, etc. | $275.00 |
